Preparation

cook the skinned potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. after cooked, remove the skins and cut them into cubes. also cook the carrots, green beans and peas, all finely chopped. once cooked, drain the water and let it cool. Apart make a mayonnaise. then add the cooked and chopped vegetables to the mayonnaise. serve in a bowl. decorate with the boiled egg cut in quarters or with some capers.

  • q.b. mayonnaise
  • 250 gr of green beans
