Preparation
Chop the onion and cut the peppers into cubes. cook over high heat, turn the salmon several times in a hot pan with a tablespoon of oil.
place the salmon in a greased fountain, cover with the green cubes and chili peppers. Add the stock and wine at the source, season and bake for about 8 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin and aubergine, zucchini and tomato into very thin slices. cut the beans in half and the onion into slices. season and cook the oiled vegetables, about 5 minutes. Serve the salmon with the vegetables.
