Preparation

In a pan, sauté the onion with the oil. When it becomes transparent, add the crushed garlic, ginger and green lemon juice.

Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes. Then add the coconut milk, curry / curry, salt and pepper. Mix and cook.

Finally, add the peeled shrimp and leave 2 to 3 minutes more.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and accompany with white rice (basmati preferred).
