Preparation

Clean and season the shrimp with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Reserve;
Sauté all seasonings for 15 minutes in palm oil;
Add the shrimp to the stew and cook for 5 minutes with the lid covered;
Finally, add coconut milk;
Serve with white rice.

  • 1/2 kg medium shrimp
  • 1/2 cup of palm oil coffee
  • 2 medium onions cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup coriander tea
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 3 tomatoes cut into slices
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
