Preparation

In a bowl, beat the whole eggs and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

Put the oil in a frying pan together with the chopped onion and the shrimp kernels.

Bring to a low heat and let the shrimp fry for about five minutes.

Add the beaten eggs and wrap the eggs in the shrimp with the help of a spatula. Let it fry on both sides.

Serve with a salad and good appetite!
