Preparation

- Wash the squids very well and fix them. Cut them into thick slices.
- Roll the garlic and place it in a pan with the oil. Bring to the heat and let the oil taste 1/2 minutes at most, so the garlic does not fry too much and becomes bitter.
- Add the drained and well dried squid and cook. Season salt to taste.
- To make them well cooked, let them cook over a low heat (they will get sauce) and when they are almost cooked then increase the heat and let the sauce evaporate and the squid fry a little.
- Then add the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle abundantly with finely chopped parsley.
- Let the sauce evaporate completely, turn off the heat and serve very hot with boiled potatoes.
