Preparation

In the processor, place the jackfruit, onion, garlic, leek, salt, pepper, paprika and herbs. Beat well for a few minutes until it becomes a dough.
Pour into a bowl and add the olives and stir well.
Line a medium pan with aluminum foil and pour the dough into it.
Knead the center of the dough with a spoon and place the vegan cheese on top. Fold the ends of the dough to cover the cheese (as if making a roll). Place in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and brush a little soy sauce over the loin and bake without paper for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush a little oil to shine.

  • 1 kg of jackfruit shredded and cooked (see recipe on our website)
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 stalk of chopped leeks
  • 1 col. (tea) of smoked paprika
  • 1 generous handful of herbs of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of black or green olives
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 250grams of vegan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
