Preparation
wash the figs and make a cross cut at the lower end. soak the figs in salted water overnight.

- a kilogram gives green figs
- a fig leaf
- three cinnamon sticks
- three cloves
- three quarters of a kilogram of sugar
- a tablespoon of salt
