Preparation

Start by seasoning the steaks on both sides with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.

In a frying pan, bring a drizzle of olive oil to the heat. Sauté the onion until tender.

Add the slices of tomato and fry stirring occasionally. Then, add the tuna steaks and fry 3 minutes on each side.

Drizzle with white wine and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, serve hot, sprinkled with parsley and accompanied by potatoes.
