Preparation

In a large container, add the grated carrots, green apples, olives, corn, cooked potatoes, raisins and shredded green jack meat.

Add the vegan mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, parsley and chopped chives. Season well and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shredded jackfruit meat
  • 1 cup grated carrot tea
  • 1 cup of diced potato tea already cooked
  • ½ cup of grated or diced green apple tea
  • ½ cup of canned corn tea (without water)
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery tea
  • ½ cup of chopped olives
  • 1 cup of pea tea
  • ½ cup of raisin tea
  • ½ cup of vegan mayonnaise tea
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Half a squeezed lemon
  • ½ cup chopped parsley and chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
