Preparation

Prepare the white vegan sauce by boiling a pan with the oil and flour. Keep stirring, and when lumps form, then add the vegetable drink.
Keep stirring until the lumps of flour completely dissolve in the liquid and it turns into a consistent white vegan sauce. Season this sauce with nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste.

Separate the raw cauliflower and broccoli in florets, place them in an ovenproof container and cover them with the sauce prepared in the previous step.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. (optional)
Bake broccoli and cauliflower with white sauce at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
