Preparation

Season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

Pass them through the flour and fry them in olive oil until they are golden brown.

In a hot skillet, place the butter and fry the prawns.

Add the lemon juice and stir well.

Season them with salt, pepper and parsley.

Serve them with the fish. Enjoy your food!

  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100g butter
  • 1 cup of clean small shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
