Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.

In a baking dish, place the sea bass fillets seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil.

Add and spread the tomato slices, garlic and thyme on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Remove from the oven and drizzle with more oil.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
