cut the cake horizontally into three parts and make a first layer on a rectangular tray. then bathe with the wine mixed with coffee. for the sweet, make a cream by beating a whole egg and a yolk with four tablespoons of sugar, add 3 tablespoons of flour, mixing well, gradually pouring half a liter of boiling milk. bring to a simmer and stir. pour half of the cream on the first layer of the cake, cover with a second layer of cake bathed with coffee and wine. add to the cream 80 gr. of melted chocolate and pour it over the cake. cool for half an hour and whip the ice cream with the sugar sprinkled. using the pastry bag, make the zuppa decoration. Melt the rest of the chocolate in a water bath with a tablespoon of water or milk and as soon as it is melted, strain it quickly over the cream. put the sweet in the fridge for a long time before serving.
