Preparation
Take the piece of bacon (Bacon) and with a small knife make holes in the side of the meat. Put it in a bowl and drizzle with the spices and a little salt and marinate for 2 hours.
When roasting, spread a little more coarse salt on the side of the meat, place on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Take to the heated oven and bake for an hour and a half. Remove the paper, and drizzle with the marinade and bake for another 30 minutes until golden and pururuca.

- 1 piece panceta (Bacon) with skin
- 6 lemons (juice)
- Coarse salt q.s.
- 4 bay leaves
- to taste Black pepper
- 1/2 liter water
