PREPARATION MODE:

Beans (tutu)
In the pan add the oil, bacon and then the pepperoni. When it is well fried add the onion and garlic. When the onion is transparent, add the beans and add 2 cups of water, salt to taste, cilantro and green smell, and let it boil for about 10 minutes to incorporate the spices; When full, add a cup of manioc flour. Stir constantly, until it looks like a thick mush (tutu).

Steaks:
Season the chops with lemon juice, cachaça, garlic and salt. Let it sit for 1 hour, then in a preheated pan add the oil or olive oil, the chops and fry with the covered pan adding water as it dries. After about 30 min. remove from the fire and serve as a tutu accompaniment.

Banana:
Cut the bananas in half, pass the beaten egg, then the wheat flour and then the breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot oil.

Cabbage:
In a preheated pan add the oil, garlic and salt. Sauté the cabbage quickly and serve.

Assemble the dish with rice, pork chop, crackling, fried egg and cabbage.

  • 1 bunch of cabbage (sliced)
