Preparation

peel all fruits except plums. wash the plums well, they go with the skin.
- remove the seeds or pits.
- rub the bananas, apples and pears with the juice of one lemon so that they do not darken.
- cut the apples into two-centimeter cubes. dice the peaches and plums.
- cut the banana into slices.
- cut the pears into cubes or wedges.
- Remove the white skin and the skins from the oranges and cut into wedges.
- in a bowl, combine the fruit with the sugar. add the juice of half a lemon and one orange. Mix.
- Leave in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.

- If you use strawberries or cherries, add cut in half.
- if using melon or watermelon, remove the seeds and the skin and cut into large cubes.
- the kiwi is peeled and sliced.

can be served with ice cream, or whipped cream.

  • 2 apples, not very sandy
  • 3 very ripe oranges
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 peaches not overripe
  • 3 plums
  • 1 lemon and 1/2
  • juice of an orange.
  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 cup of sugar, or more according to taste.

  • strawberries, cherries, kiwi, melon or watermelon.
