Preparation

mix the egg, sugar, molasses, butter and cinnamon.
the flour is sieved with the bicarbonate and added to the previous preparation as well as the fruits passed through the machine. mix without working too much and pour the mixture in a round shape lined with parchment paper, greased and sprinkled with flour.
cook in a hot oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 cup of flour;
  • 1 cup of the mixture of the following fruits passed through the machine: orange peel, cider and candied cherries, almond (with skin), nuts;
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses;
  • 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 teaspoon (shallow) of baking soda;
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
