Preparation

peel the potatoes, wash them well and butter them.

place on a tray and bake in the medium oven.
turn the potatoes halfway through cooking so they don't get on the tray.

they are cooked as soon as you can prick them with a fork or toothpick.

another suggestion:

place them without peeling in an oven with high medium temperature for 1 hour, or until they are soft when you stick a knife or fork.
