Picão-preto serves to help in the treatment of inflammations such as rheumatism, sore throat, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, hepatitis and menstrual colic, having protective effects on the liver, kidneys and intestines.
Preparation
- 1 tablespoon of Picão leaves
- 1/2 liter of water.
- Preparation mode:
- Bring the water to a boil, when it boils, add the pickled leaves;
- Let stand for about 10 minutes.
- Cool, strain and drink.
- Take up to 4 cups a day.
