Put the water in a pan and add the cinnamon, star anise, cardamom seeds, ginger, milk and sugar. Stir well and when it threatens to boil, turn off the heat. Put the black tea and cover to make an infusion, wait 5 minutes and strain to serve.
Preparation
- 500 ML of water
- 1/2 Ginger (grated)
- 500 ML of milk
- 2 Cardamom seeds
- 2 units of cinnamon stick
- 4 Sugar spoons
- 3 Black teaspoons
- 1 Star anise
