Jatoba Tea

The properties of jatobá include its astringent, antibacterial, antispasmodic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, balsamic, decongestant, diuretic, stimulant, expectorant, fortifying, hepatoprotective, laxative, tonic and deworming properties.

Preparation

  • 1 tablespoon of the jatoba peels
  • 500 ml of water
  • Preparation mode:
  • Place the Jatoba peels in 500 ml of water and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Then strain and serve warm.
  • Take 3 times a day.
