Preparation

1- beat the margarine with the sugar in cream, add the egg yolks one by one, beating between each addition.
2- add the milk alternating with the sifted flour.
3- beat the egg whites (castle) and carefully wrap them in the dough.
4- pour the dough into a greased and floured straw no. 26 and bake in a moderate oven apx. 45m.
5- when you remove it from the oven, brush the entire surface with moistened fruit jelly and sprinkle with coconut.
