Preparation

initially, we have to cut the fish into small squares. then, we put the oil, vinegar, chili pepper, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl. marinate the meat in the preparation for two hours. Finally, we string the pieces of fish into straws and cook them in a hot brazier. Serve preferably accompanied with ground chili, boiled potatoes and slices of boiled corn.
