Preparation

Marinate the fillets with salt, pepper and ground cumin for one hour. whisk together the milk, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steaks and fry them. cook the tomatoes and close them. In a cold deep frying pan, add the blue onion, add the pepper, cloves, bay leaf and salt. stir in tomato juice. cook a few minutes. Add a teaspoon of sugar and ¼ cup of vinegar. Place the fish fillet on each plate and top with the marinade. serve hot.
