Preparation
Start by preparing the fish, cleaning well. Season with salt and pepper.
Take the grill on both sides.
Peel and wash the garlic cloves, finely chop them.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the garlic and basil cloves, cook without browning.
Remove from heat and water the sea bass;
Cook potatoes.
Serve hot and sprinkled with parsley, both fish and potatoes.
