Preparation

Start by removing the skin and seeds from the tomatoes, chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
Bring a pan to the heat and sauté the garlic and onion, then add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Let it brown, then add the tomato sauce, sausages and cook.
Open the bread, introduce the sausage and the potato straw.
If desired, add mustard or mayonnaise or ketchup
