Preparation

In a bowl, add the eggs, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper to taste. Wrap everything up and book.

In a frying pan, start by melting the margarine or butter. Add the finely chopped onion and let it brown. Drain and add the tuna.

Let this fry a little with the onion.

Then add the eggs and stir continuously while they cook.

Remove from heat when the eggs start to have a drier consistency, but let it get wet.

Serve with a salad and good appetite!
