Parsley Tea

Consumption of parsley can bring many health benefits, it is a wonderful herb to improve digestion and decrease uric acid levels, in addition to a potent antioxidant. For those who suffer from swelling in the legs, this tea is recommended. In addition, its diuretic action is almost instantaneous, as it stimulates the kidneys to release excess fluids from the body and prevents retention.

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (optional) per cup

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, add 1/2 liter of water and boil covered for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand covered for another 10 minutes, drink 2 times a day.
