Preparation

1. In the pressure cooker with water seasoned with a little salt, cook the beef, the spark, the pig's ear and the chorizo ​​for about 30 minutes. When everything is cooked, remove to a plate and set aside. Cook the flour in one pot and the blood sausage in another.
2. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker with the cooking water of the meat, together with the lombarda pieces, the carrot cut into strips and the turnip.
3. Place everything on a platter and serve.
