Preparation

Cook the hake and wash in cold water. Season with salt.
Peel the onion and cut the wheels. Peel the garlic and finely chop.
Put olive oil on a tray and place the hake on it. On top of it, add the garlic, onion, paprika and pepper. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and white wine. Bake in the oven.
Clean the cauliflower and put it in cold water. Then, cook it in a pan with water and salt.
After the hake is ready, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with cauliflower.

  • 2 dl of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 15 grs of paprika
  • 600 grs of cauliflower
  • 1 dl of dry white wine
