Preparation

Clean the meat and pierce with a knife so that the seasoning penetrates well.
Season with lemon, garlic, beer, salt and pepper.
Grease the shank with butter and leave in seasoning for 5 hours. Wrap the ham in aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the paper and brown for another 30 minutes.
