Preparation
- 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers
- 1 cup of water tea
- Preparation mode:
- put 2 or 3 teaspoons in a cup of tea, add boiling water, cover and wait 3 to 5 minutes, strain and drink after the meal.
