Chamomile Tea

Chamomile serves to help in the treatment of colds, nasal inflammation, sinusitis, poor digestion, diarrhea, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness and difficulty sleeping, its properties include stimulating healing, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and calming action.

Preparation

  • 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup of water tea
  • Preparation mode:
  • put 2 or 3 teaspoons in a cup of tea, add boiling water, cover and wait 3 to 5 minutes, strain and drink after the meal.
