Ginger tea

Ginger is native to Asia, rich in copper, vitamins A, B, C and D, potassium, selenium, zinc and magnesium. It has multiple therapeutic benefits: among them a bactericidal, fungicidal, antioxidant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action. It has detoxifying action and also improves the performance of the digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems. Ginger is also a recognized thermogenic food, which may be able to speed up metabolism and promote the burning of body fat.

Preparation

  • 1 piece of ginger about 5 cm
  • 1 cup of tea
  • Preparation mode:
  • Wash the ginger well, then cut them into thin slices, bring to a boil with the cup of water,
